Ashok Motors

Before Independence of our country Late Biswanath Tibrewal established an Automobile dealer viz. M/S Ashok Motors in the month of January 1945 and its business started from 1^st April 1945 in Tezpur town,Assam. It is one of the oldest automobile dealer in North East India, In the beginning our company deals with American and British Vehicle Company viz. Stoody Baker, Austin, Moris, Ford, Chevrolet, Doge, Hillman vehicle etc.

After Independent of our country 1950 Late Biswanath Tibrewal took the dealership of Hindustan Motors and its continued till 1996, during the period M/S Ashok Motors deals with all models of Hindustan Motors viz. Ambassador and Bad Fort and also delivered all models of Hindustan Motors to all reputed Tea Estate and provide services to the said respective customers.

After 1996 M/S Ashok Motors bound to leave the dealership of Hindustan Motors owing to fall down of the said company vehicles, then M/S Ashok Motors took the dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Sales, Service and Spares as an authorized dealer of North bank of mighty Bramhaputra and continuing the same till date. As on today M/S Ashok Motors are the 2^nd largest dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in North East. M/S Ashok Motors deals with all the models of Mahindra vehicles. And still expending market in various location by opening own sales outlet viz. mangaldoi, Biswanath Chariali, Gohpur, North Lakhimpur, Udalguri, Kharupetia etc. Now CEO of M/S Ashok Motors Mr. Pradip Tibrewal son of Late Biswanath Tibrewal.
